Training Director, Tammie Eppley, has over 5 years experience as a Vocational Specialist working with adults with serious mental illness. Tammie has experience as an Employment Specialist working with participants of the IMPACT Program. She holds a BA from Indiana University. She has experience as a cashier, teacher, secretary, custodian, manual laborer and skid-loader operator.

Tammie has observed the difficulty that people with disabilities have when they seek employment and she knows that proper training can help them overcome those obstacles. Tammie is very excited to be a part of the Red Oak Center and to help people become more marketable in the workplace.
